who have watched cheaper by the dozen?..ala yg steve martin blakon tu..hilary duff pun ader..superman ader..minah coyote ugly tu pon ader..tak tgk lagi?tgk la...kelakar..nilai2 moral pon ader..who have read cheaper by the dozen.?..kalau rase film dier best..buku dier..what should i say..amazing!!since this novel was based on a real story..it was wow!!tak percaya?..carik family name author tu dlm internet..gilbreth..both her parents were engineers!engineers with 12 children!!zaman sekarang mesti susah nak carik..Frank ngan Lily Gilbreth ni pasangan engineers yg ader 12 org anak,eventhough lily sebenarnya pshychologist..diorg sangat dikenali sebagai org pertama yg memperkenalkan motion study...eeehhh..jap2..motion study tu ape?motion study tu scientific management and the elimination of wasted motions...especially in industries i guess..sbb khidmat diorg byk digunakan olah kilang2...ok..back to the story..diorg ni sgt la busy..so ader la tukang masak..okay you must say..patutla bole ader 12 anak..but then what amazed me so much is the fact that they continuously (was the spelling right?)teach their children...maybe because their parents pon sgt pentingkan education kot..because this is what grandma gilbreth said "she believed that her childrenwere fated to make important marks in the world,and her first responsbility was to educate them so they would be prepared for their revendezvous with destiny"and i agree with her..parents mbentuk anak masing2 kan..i wish all parents ader perasaan yg sama mcm grandma gilbreth..a very good quote,huh?both frank and lily ni eventhough busy menggunakan masa yg diorg ader utk family diorg dgn mengajar anak2 diorg..tak der la mcm parents sekarang..sumer serah bulat2 kat cikgu kat sekolah..kalau anak diorg tak pandai nak salahkan cikgu..padehal diorg sendiri tak amek tau pkembangan anak2..panjangla plak kalau nak tulis sumer..but then..kesimpulan yg saya dpt ialah..jgn ader anak byk2 kalau tak sabar nak layan kerenah anak,kalau rasa tak mampu bagi perhatian secukupnya pada anak2..then kiter patut ambil tanggungjawab ajar anak sendiri..secara langsung atau tak langsung..sbb bende2 yg parents kiter ajar akan lebih kiter ingat..selalunyer la..manjakan anak2..tp kdg2 kene stern sket..supaya anak kite tau disiplin..jgnla garang melampau2 plak..heh..this book is funny,knowledgeable,sedih pon ader...it is a good family story..ade sambungannya..Belles on their toes..tp ni ain pon tak baca lg..story of the family lepas frank(ayah diorg) meninggal dunia..ingat bile2 nak beli kat amazon..
